Project
Overview
Vodafone iForever was a premium upgrade and protection program designed for Vodafone RED users, enabling eligible customers to upgrade to newer iPhone models while availing repair and replacement benefits under a structured plan.
Powered by Servify, the program allowed multiple repair requests and multiple upgrade requests during the plan tenure. iPhones under 12 months were eligible for upgrade, like to like replacement, or repair, while devices above 12 months remained eligible for upgrade or repair.
Before the app, upgrade eligibility and protection benefits were difficult to navigate across store interactions and backend validation processes. The experience required simplification to clearly communicate plan value, device eligibility, and next steps.
The objective was to design a premium in app journey that compressed diagnosis, repair initiation, and iPhone upgrade into intuitive flows while aligning with Vodafone’s visual identity and Apple’s collateral usage guidelines.
The challenge involved balancing Vodafone brand theming with Apple device presentation standards, while integrating Servify’s backend logic for eligibility checks, claim validation, and fulfillment workflows.
Although the program was limited in duration and is no longer available, it delivered a structured, high satisfaction upgrade experience for Vodafone RED customers.
